Tender Desk

Ink on Aqua is 7.40:1. Use it for buttons, the active nav pill, the avatar and a strong score.

White on Teal is 5.47:1. Use it for the live-match card and a closing panel. Do not put Ink on this fill.

Type

Manrope for headlines and the interface.

One geometric sans. Headlines are bold and tight. Body stays regular. Buttons stay in the same face. Fallback is Segoe UI.

Voice

Plain UK English. Say what the desk does and that the user submits the bid. Prefer “notice”, “bid pack” and “deadline” over slogans. Do not claim a win rate you have not measured. A greeting can use the person’s name. It does not change the product name.

Components

Pill controls, 28px card radius, a soft shadow, and a 2px teal focus ring. Charts stripe slate with aqua. Icons are simple strokes.

Do

  • Write the name as Tender Desk.
  • Use Ink text on Aqua, and white text on Teal.
  • Keep cards white on the grey canvas.
  • Say that nothing is submitted for the user.

Do not

  • Prefix the product with a customer name.
  • Put white type on Aqua, or dark type on Teal.
  • Bring back lime, copper, or a serif display face.
  • Rely on colour alone for a deadline.
